I agree with you about confrontation, worrying. I'm also a confrontational wimp for the most part. There are a lot of stressors in life, I always recommend deep breaths and realizing that we will all be dead in 70 years or so. The great liberator indeed. One day at a time, small steps. Also find being around friends and loved ones helps, even if it's just a phone call.

When you are feeling low...I think what will refuel you would be to go to the park with your family..take a drink and some snacks..lets the kids go wild..and you reflect..look at what you have and say thankyou...hugs
