As a previous poster said, think morere "Footfall" by Niven and Pournelle than Red Dawn. I recall one sci-fi book by them or David Drake, where a mercenary officer walked into a town and was cheered and their flag flying everywhere, then a few days later when they were defeated the town welcomed the other side with flying flags and cheers too. The comment in the song, "Don't believe in church and state and everything they tell you" is so apropo today based on the last 8 years of lies from DC.

ladies and gentlemen we are reaching a time where bad economic standing will lead to war. it has happened and the past and it will happen in the near future. yasterday some one from a terriorist group said reach out to islam. this is a place of freedom and our own beliefs so lets stand up togatber and protect those beliefs and freedom any way possible

Yeah, before I saw the video today I always thought it was like some ppl radeing into the house and the dad stayed there to fight and protect his family, while the mom takes the kids away and hides in the celler. also yea makes me think of Red dawn. Good song anyway! whats the video about btw?

I agree with both of you. Haha things will get really scary when "he", after his 2nd term, somehow finds a way to stay in office. That is when things will get intresting.
