i think this can be summed up with one word ... "self improvement". It can be really helpful to allot of people but i dont think it is the secret of happiness.I think that everyone has to do a different thing to be happy. It has to do with what they have been through in their life. Like the video says "my grandmother did this and i like doing that too". Some people had cruel lives and can be satisfied with anything small others had anything they wanted and are very hard to be satisfied.

Very true, my girlfriend often talks about feelings of depression and says she hates how she never got interested in anything, from the arts to sports and anything inbetween... The media and television shows really have hurt our childrens creativity and need for learning.

That was a cool video. Interesting that it is labeled "secret to happiness". Nothing you said was a secret or new to me, but the happiness is a result of being able to constantly be repeating all of the positive energy you have that is probably a result of you focusing on keeping a "positive" attitude. Lifes challenges make it hard to keep a positive attitude more times than not.
