Theres no such thing as "double dipped" acid; LSD25 is measured in Micrograms, and if it was stronger, it simply means it was more concentrated and "dipped" once (assuming you mean liquid by dipped)

I've seen some fucked up bad trips. Some kid did 2 double dipped his first time, and it, at the time, was the scariest thing I've seen.
