OK... I found a short clip at 7:36 min long for the last scene. I think the author chopped some part out, but that's the best I found. Btw, you made me cry again watching this. I last saw this 5 or 6 years back when it was still airing :( Anyway..enjoy :) Oh.. the title of the clip: "Queer as Folk 122 - Save the Last Dance for me."

You can rent the last disc of QAF to see it for yourself because it's one of the best episodes for all 6 seasons! However, if you really do wanna know, I can also tell you. But trust me, it's much better seeing that episode for yourself :-)
