Ah this song is fantastic, you can relate it to just about any hard time in your life when someone tries to fuck you over, pardon the language for the older generation, but its true.

He stomped on the cup? Yet right after he stomps he picks the cup up off the table? I think he was trying to portray: Drink the water, cough a little, bad water, tipped water out onto ground, lit a match and set fire to it, its that bad, stomp to put the fire out.
