I just made this tonight and it was DELICIOUS. It was so fast to make and it's fun to eat cut up into pieces. The almond-ginger-garlic pate is AMAZING. I actually was fine just using one sheet of Nori and I cut up the carrots into smaller pieces for easier cutting once it is all rolled up. The carrots add an awesome crunch. I will definitely make this a lot in the future. Ani, you RULE! I cannot wait to get your book. :-)
