The 7 count move - starting with the left foot step for 7 beats, L R L R L R L, and count it out as 1 2 3 4 5 6 7(up tempo). Cross on counts 1, 4 and 7. On count 1 cross the L foot over the R, on counts 2 and 3 step the R foot then the L foot, on count 4 cross the R foot over the L, on count 5 and 6 step the L foot and then the R foot count 7 cross the left foot over the right. The second time you do it use the same concept but start with the right foot. I hope this helps

I learned this dance in one day! From the other video not this one in particular. It is SOOOO fun once you learn how to do it. I want to attend a class. The only thing I have trouble doing is the 7 step crossing part but other than that, I LOVE IT!!!

Thanks for your posting the dances. Ignore the ignuts!!! Some folks haven't figured out that reading is fundamental. :)

I don't take credit for anything I didn't do. However, I am told that folks are unhappy with my posting of these dances because I did not create them. If you are one of those unhappy persons, take time to read the information about the dances I post, it tells you who the choreographer is. With that said, you should know that in most cases, I have had some type of dialogue with the choreographer of the dance and they do understand that my posting of their dance is "promoting" what they do.
