it's client-sided then. just like how when you jumpshoot, other people see a hit then the jump while on your screen, it's a jump and a shoot together.

I think I heard someone say that it need more Frames to animate the SoA skill. Thats why its true speed is only visible to the player. Other players can't see it cause its to fast or some shyt like that. Sorry thats the best I can explain it xD.
