That's why when you live in a place like that your suppose to carry tire chains in your car/truck and know how to put them on. It's a law that when I came out there in the winter in my big rig I had to carry chains or I would get a ticket if I was checked. And the Big truck tire chains cost me $369.85 but a wreck would have been more.
