Get your arms underneath his!! If they are outside..make a frame under his chin and hip out slighlty then shoot the hands underneath..grab the belt if gi or grab a single no-gi. Then start to pendulum (hold your legs together and up and swing side to side) your legs scooting your body away and swing to guard. Fin

thanks man I checked out 101 submissions it has techniques from alot of different grappling arts I seen some Judo and Sambo stuff there as well!

Nice clips ! I cant afford BJJ so I do Judo and Sambo But im always checking quality clips and visiting BJJ schools for better ground game !

Agreed. Maia is the best BJJ artist at 185 in the UFC. I imagine his fight with Herman will look much like Herman's fight with McDonald, only Maia's submission will be even slicker. Please, oh please, show this fight on the PPV!
