Wow. Well put. I love Handal, Teleman, and Mozart. I think Salieri gets a bit of a bad wrap due in part, at least , to Amedeus (a wonderful film). He's the victim of just being born during Mozart's time! Handel, for his part, was something of a rock star. I hear the Londoners turned out by the thousands just to listen to him and his folks practice the water music! May they all rest in peace.

I think the first piece is his Concerto for three violins in F major, the first movement anyway.

Indeed. Handel was a subscriber to Telemann's Tafelmusik (1739). Se he used some themes from this piece of work.

Yes...very similar pattern. I love both of their music...Handel was so ahead of his time [like Mozart]....but more appreciated in his own life. Telemann seems to be the Salieri his era...unable to escape his own era.

Listen carefully to the first part. Compare IT to Handel“s `arrival of the queen of Sheba` I believe Handel used part of this work for the composition of that piece
