I agree. Naruto doesn't really realized that Tsunade's just pretending to be strong. She has to since she's the Hokage. But when she was alone, I was so moved when she cried.

It's Jiraiya, and no, she doesn't die along with Jiraiya. In the episode Jiraiya's defeated in, she is not dead. She might get killed when Pain invades Konoha though.
