I know what you're talking about and I prefer the Lortab 10/500's over vicodin 5/500 etc... I've meddled over this before and my best guess is the Hydrocodone to Aceteminophen ratio. In regular Vicodin's you have to intake more AP to achieve the same results but in Lortabs you intake half the AP which is why it is preferred over Vicodin by abusers. AP is used as a sort of deterrent since in higher doses it causes nausea and other discomforts. Simply, Lortab=2x Hydro then AP so less discomfort

Hi everyone, I got a question. This may seem crazy, ( I hope it's not just me and alot of people I know) but when I take a vicodin, norco, or a lorcet (10mg) I get ABSOLUTELY no effect except sleepiness. BUT if I take a blue 10mg. Lortab, I find myself in a great mood, alert and focused, energetic, just all around great. From what I have read they are "supposedly" the same thing. Something has to be different because of the difference in the way I feel. Any response is appreciated. Thanks!

The part in the Vicodin section about being hit in the face with a brick and still being happy smiley is wrong by a long shot. Maybe for inexperienced or first time users since the euporhic effect is more prevelent, but I'm popping 16 pills at one time at night just to get a high, and I had a guy try jumping me outside a party store. He hit me once and I didn't feel it (of course if I'm high on painkillers) but it pissed me off like I was on Cocaine, I sent the kid to the hospital for 8 days.

This is a very well done video. Basically, people make choices every day in life. If a person makes the choice to experiment with perscription medications to have first-hand knowledge of their effects by a personal experience, they're entitled to that. It's very important if one makes this choice to educate themselves, otherwise they can make a fatal decision. This video brings awareness to people in those situations with an unbias view.

I've been taking ativan and ambien for years now. I sleep with them and enjoy the good feeling and interesting thought processes i get with them. I feel good. I do this at night. No one from work would ever know. I am normal by day, a teacher and mom to twin girls, and by night, am a ativan and ambien taker. Crazy, eh?

Um, there is a reason the drugs say "do not take with alcohol". You don't mix pills and alcohol. You are poisoning yourself. That is stupid. Some drugs seriously save people's lives.

You get a lot of haters don't you? I apologize on the behalf of the Americans who don't believe you are covered by the first amendment. I don't support the use of pharm drugs for recreation, but I appreciate this guide for helping those people use them safely.
