..its z right interpretation.and tis bout z wife of one of his friends that was a drugee and almost dragged her husband into this. i can relate to these lyrics..i myself lost a close someone ..

it's about drugs. The first line, "Baby's black ballon . . ." symbolizes how heroine addicts would use a black balloon as a strap in order to inject the drug into their veins. "the ice from the spoon" refers to the drug the girl heats on a spoon to prepare for injection. Overall, the song is about how he was the only man this girl would trust and that she lost her life and he learned from her mistakes. For such a sad song it's really beautiful.
