Heh, I heard this on BUFFY as well (Searched endlessly on music channels for it. Then one day it played on my Birthday :D), but for some reason "Pavlov's Bell" reminds me more of Patricia Arquette than anything (True Romance, Nbc's MEDIUM). I dunno why.
