Lovely video, really pulls at my heartstrings being an Indian Zoarastrian and in a way, we are the lucky ones who escaped persicution when our forebearers left Persia for India. Finally, we are in a great country where religious tolerance has allowed us to flourish.

I never knew about Babak, poor man, brave man. It is a shame that the Persian Empire and Roman Empires wasted the lives of its people and its economy to fight a pointless war for 25 years that only resulted in Islam taking over Syria, North Africa, Mesopotamia, most of Iran and Khorasan and more.

All religions are man-made. They are created to address our fears/uncertainties and to control the masses. Islam is no different except that its highly intolerant of other beliefs AND it was imposed on Persians by the sword. Persia's greatest day was during the Acheamenid dynasty (pre-Islam). The accomplishments of Persians after Islam has nothing to do with Islamic religion but the education/culture of Persians. How would Islam help someone solve a math formula or make scientific discoveries.

All religion should practice peace, but once this rule is breached, it is no longer a religion. Islam has done so on several occasions, and today continues to dominate this fanaticism. I have lost respect of this religion, and ask scholars to examine the holy texts of this religion and re-interpret them in a peaceful manner, or else this religion is bound to be doomed.
