what about breathing. any tips or other videos that elaborate on the technique? I find that since I pretty much suck at breathing while swimming (water enters nose and mouth) that it throws me off and I have to stop swimming to get above water to get enough air.

I like the glide with the reach tip. That will definitely help. Open water with people kicking all around you is so different from the pool, so I know that swimming open water is good practice too.

very good tips.....I guess with time and practice it could be as easy as it looks!!!

Thanks for the video! It's easy to follow. Now I am going to the pool this week to work on what you taught.

OMG, AND ME WAYNE! Thnat's my problem, my body wan'ts to breathe underwater, so I counter, panic and then it all goes very wrong! I try and breathe out under water but can't fully exhale, so wen I come up for air, I still breathe out, and dont take that breathe in... which you can imagine causes the whole "arm in the air, I'm drowning again!' lol
