Even if I don't agree 100%, this video is a great way to stir up the shit. Let's get people to actually discuss this stuff and see how much is real and how much is BS.

So what you're actually saying AA, is that seeing things as "right" and "wrong" is...err..."wrong" and that there's nothing but uncertainty in the universe...which you can't even be certain about because there's nothing but uncertainty. In other words, you present no facts, merely rhetoric. Hoisted by your petard once again. And don't act like you're above it all, AA, because you're not.

"You are a pseudo-intellectual hack whose immaturity is only superseded by your need to project an aura of sophistication. Video after video, you spout postmodern talking points and then fancy yourself an "intellectual" when in actuality, if your first book is any indication, you are nothing more than an overgrown child. Try to actually assert and defend something rather than read the Cliff-Notes of popular ideas." Wait, were you describing Ayn Rand?

This is why utilitarianism just wrecks other philosophies. Maximization of human happiness is a good thing, no one debates that.

I would rather say that I am my own "ultimate" value or not even that... if you think of life as your ultimate value, you cannot possibly enjoy it because you would have to think about it every single moment, you would say to yourself " oh if I just had my dear life".
