Man, you just don't hear unique voices like this anymore, and when you do, it's because they're tryin' too hard... I like Maria's voice and the song's been a favorite of mine many years now. On another note, Maria sure had a nice body on her... She was thick in all the right places - especially in the booty! What a beautiful woman! Also, maybe it's me, but when you look at her face, Mila Kunis kinda sorta looks like Maria did back in the day. Thanks for posting!

She did come out with an album in 2005 and I believe she's still with us.

A terrific song! Takes me right back to high school. And Maria herself was fuckin' HOT! Album-wise, she kind of dropped off the radar after this hit. I'm glad that she's still performing. And Don Kirshner looks like an ad for the 70's. With the double-knit suit, big shirt collar, and the beginnings of a comb-over.

I heard her on 99.5 the Mountain broadcast of Dan Akroyds Blues Hour this morning (11/2/08), she was talking about how many people sent her pics of kids who were conceived while the parents were listening to her music, this one in particular. How wierd for her.
