I think you read the French part when you said it was in a foreign language. You said "Ne pas retourner ce produit en magasin" right? It actually means that they don't want you to return the wii back to the store :P.

It sucks that the Wii is hard to find at the moment due to them outselling the PS3 and X-Box 360. My parents were trying hard to find one no luck at all. I wanted to have this as a gift underneath my christmas tree this christmas but instead had to go with a second ds some games for it and airwolf season 3 on dvd. Makes me jealous of people who already one and sad at the same time that I do not have one at the moment. :(
