This is a very useful video. I'm learning how to work with fondant. She makes it look so easy and fun to do.

fondant is basically powder sugar (confectioners sugar) mixed together with corn syrup, glycerin, gelatin and other goodies. Bakers can make it themselves or order it. Very tasty too. I recently made a ball of fondant and is actually not that hard. But I still need to learn how to roll it and decorate the cake :)

yeah I agree. I just don't understand where they get the fondant? what is fondant made of?
