my dog sits and stands and rolls over and all sorts of tricks... this one time i gave him peanut butter and he was licking for at least 15 minutes... OH MY GOD... talk about entertaining. i only wish i could do the same to this monkey. umm so i just asked my dog and he said he likes it here... i said i was gonna bring him back to the spca where they would treat him better and not for entertainment and he said he'd kill me. KILL ME. he prefers peanut butter.

Redrighthand78, I am noticing your comment. But it's true animals shouldn't be used for entertainment. HOWEVER, if the animals are not being forced into it or hurt, then it is all right. I am an animal activist but I am a different kind. Animals should be in entertainment too, along with people. As far as I know, this monkey was not abused. I am for it as long as the naimals are not abused.

No no, I think zoos are a great thing if they are used correctly for captive breeding of endangered species, and as you said to educate people about animals and habitats. I think circuses however are awful. I don't think that by making an animal perform, you are "caring" for it. Just my views, it troubles me that no one else on here feels that way though.
