Over the years, *i have lost 2 great dogs of my own... but *i remember now more the many years we had together and the tears *i cry are tears of joy that *i had such good company for those many years we had together... It's the years together that count... this song really gets to you though... Carloe King is as good as it gets...

Never give up hope. Just because you are alone today does not mean it will stay that way. Everyday is a chance to have it all change for the better. So never give up hope for it all can be better just give it some time.

I just can't stop, these words mean so much to me. I just came feeling tired and weak. I am on the roof drinking a beer and playing around with the PC. I thought of my feelings and again this song and women came to mind. I feel I little more relaxed right now.. I little more comfortable.. Yes, there is room enough for two up on the roof, sorry I am alone....

I first saw Carole at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby PA. I drove up from OC MD to see her on my wifes Birthday and we were on vacation in OC at the time, we came from Syracuse NY... Every single mile was worth it, I only wish she had played this song that night.

I never liked the drifters version of this song. But I like this and I loved James Taylor's version. This woman is such a talented songwriter.
