There is one more "mistake". At the fight scene in the train tunnel (scene 34 "My Name is Neo"), just before the train hits Neo, he does a back flip out from the tracks. When he does this and lands on the platform, you can see the guide wires pulling him off the tracks and on to the platform.

the mistakes you see there were caused by faulty codes in the matrix..lol nice observations..i'm gonna have to watch The Matrix again.
