Mozart didn't event improvisation. It's hard to say who did. But J.S. Bach wrote improv cadenzas in his pieces which was obviously before Mozart was even born. :P

These guys both came from a classical background, as child prodigies, playing all of this literature before they even reached the age of 12. These guys are some of the best piano players in the world, and they handled this piece with great control.
