Si ma dai !!! un sopranino in plastica per un concerto è una vergogna ... bravo comunque, l'interpretazione è notevole.

This is a very entertaining performance of an extremely difficult concerto played on an instrument which is easy to play but not easy to master. I have three recordings of this concerto. Antonini's performance is not the best, but it is the most entertaining. Personally, I prefer the more conservative, less interpretive approach of Hans Martin Linde. Let's have more quaoity postings like this one!

I saw this guy in concert in Palm Springs. He's pretty amazing. No matter how good he is... it's still really difficult not to laugh when he plays and moves about so much.

Dudes! He's the conductor, as well! Whenever a conductor is also a musician in the piece, they will more than likely do the whole dancing bit in order to help conduct the ensemble as well.
