this story is unbelievable and it's so hard to watch because you know these types of "interrogations" and "confessions" are still going on. the movie made about michael's story - 'the interrogation of michael crowe' by court tv - is absolutely amazing. they used the actual transcripts from michael's interrogation as the script for the interrogation scenes in the movie. they stayed absolutely true to the real story and it's inredible, and sad. ps. every interrogation needs to be video taped!
