Jim irsay who owns the Colts owns the scroll. Yeah it's been on tour since 2004 and it started in Orlando Fl. I just saw it many times here in Austin at UT this past spring. The Tour ends next year in England and it's anyone guess if Irsay wants to have a permanet home for it or just keep it in a Indinapolis mueseum. yeah seriously put some gloves on next time

I saw the scroll in Orlando, Florida. Having read OTR some 35 years earlier, and re-read it, and explored all JK's work, and some of his friends' work, and discovered that he wrote the original MS on a single roll of paper and waited seven years for publication, and was then destroyed by celebrity... yes, I found it immensely moving to stand and look at the real thing. It's an original MS, nothing more, nothing less. But if you know the story, it can mean something to you. The End.

I find it sad that the vast majority of Youtube posters...butcher the English language while commenting upon a work of American fiction that changed the face of the American novel. God bless Ti Jean March 12, 1922 -- October 21, 1969

you'd love it if your thoughts/words/actions were kept in a museum years after you became wormfood. art doesn't die, artists do.
