She wanted to know if BJ & Mindy are biased toward developing their own characters when writing episodes. She talks about Diwali and casting her own parents. She talks about it's fun to write about yourself, but she can't always find a place for herself in the episodes (like in Branch Wars). And Mose wanted to put himself in The Convention. Ryan says that sometimes he prefers when others write his character because it pushes him more as an actor.
