Hahahahahaha!!!! His dads screamin about the photo bill while they are taking the picture. Then the Garbage truck is alive and eats everything. Rocko turns around and says...They must have got their license back... QUICK GRAB ALL THE GARBAGE YOU CAN!!! FUCKING PRICELESS. I LOVED this show when I was a kid. I'm 21 now and I still crack up watching it.

I love Rocko's Modern Life so much. A CLASSIC cartoon, in my opinion, seriously, with just the right amount of *mature* (as in, not childish) humor I absolutely adore! XD I also heart the animation. Nothing beats it today! I always LOL at 2:12. Spunky's so cute XDDD

Most likely because they weren't "family friendly enough." Nickelodeon has always cancelled their best shows after about 3-4 seasons, while really pushing the new awful ones.
