In fact why did he give us the need to eat at all. why do we need to breathe, eat, drink, etc they only complicate life. If god wanted our survival to be easy why does any one die?

I agree, but why stop at food? Why couldn't god have made expensive medicine or uranium (complete with lead shielding that conveniently peels away like a banana skin) grow on trees in convenient forms too? It would save us a whole lot of trouble and money. A tree that drips diesel would be handy as well.

if god was interested in making food easy to eat like a banana, then why the fuck isnt every food in banana shape. Did god make the artichoke too? Cuz its pretty difficult to eat an artichoke.

That's like looking at a puddle, and saying the dip in the ground was made for it. As it turns out, the puddle was shaped to fit the ground. Similarly, animals and plants evolved to earth's conditions. Animals and fruit co-evolved as they have a beneficial relationship. There is evidence of this - is there any evidence of your wild assertion?
