Yes I know how to process a deer. I do it all the time at home durring deer season. Its really not that hard.

He is the only one so far that show step by step how to field dress a deer. How would you do it. And also I watched the meat man processing a deer but they took clips out of it. Because they just want you to by the video. Do you know how to process a deer?

Yeah, I tried it this way and found a few things I didnt like. What you said about the hatchet. I almost broke the bladder and had a bad day there. using the hatchet to break the ribs makes skinning dangerous. When I do it I pull them a part with the gut hook and their not broken and sharp. And carring the hatchet and hammer is a pain in the ass. I cary every thing I need in my pockets and a hammer and hacthet dont exacly fit. So yeah, I have to agree with you
