tsunade cant use "wood" because shes female. blood line limits are only in the male side of families. and that IS uchiha madara cant you guesse that he doesnt look like what he is is because hes OLD!!!!??? besides, he has only one working eye that he took from his brother, his other eye doesnt work anymore

1. Both Madara and Itachi confirmed Madara's hand in killing the uchihas. 2. This was TOP SECRET, no anbus were to know about it what so ever, only 3 people in Konoha know. 3. The uchihas of Itachi's time kind of sucked for the most part.
