Incredible animation. No one puts that kind of sweat, ingenuity and meticulous work into mainstream film anymore. Timeless. definitely vindicative of the great depression. hopefully here in the U.S. we won't be eating depression sandwiches soon enough. (for my sake neway)

My brother and I used to watch this when we were very little. I'm so happy to have found it on YouTube - so nostalgic, I never thought I'd see it again. It's come up in discussion throughout the years. It was on a video with a bunch of other old cartoons. Anyway, thank you for posting this!
