i believe it is a Tin whistle or a Low Whistle... i personally think it's the last one, but i don't know too much about it either ;)

A mi me encanta lo que es la musica celta, pero... nose. A mi eso de la gaita electrica me destroza un poco la cancion. Me gusta mucho mas la tradicional.
