I'm a fan of him, but he recently was selling a pair of his CDJ's on ebay and a bunch of people I know commented on how they thought he was incredibly egotistical. He seems like a cool dude to me though, I'm stoked on what he's been doing but I still feel Kaskade is just as big of a progressive house player as Dead is.

Over rated is too harsh... Only thing that turned me off with deadmau5 is the massive amounts of tracks he shitted out all of a sudden. Jaded and tracks around that of release date were top quality stuff. Don't get me wrong the remix of morgan page is awesome, which is a pretty new release. Basically he's produced a lot of tracks that are "fillers", if you get what I mean.
