They is general consensus that Canadians are much happier and selfless than Americans. BTW, I'm an American too, so before you say 'Move to Canada' I love America, I'm just embarrassed at the shithole it's become.

and all Canadians are hard working people? Buddy Americans can be just as hard working as you canadians. Go watch some more hockey and cont. to say "EH"... oh wait you don't like being stereotyped yourself eh?

Fair enough. I've seen the Clint Malarchuk footage from the original broadcast and ESPN had a story to go deeper into in the incident.

But you don't see the actual aftermath of the slice more than an angel where Zednik's body blocks it and it's from a view of the whole rink and zoomed in. Also they cut from the moment of the accident, to him about to be moved off the ice. It's cutting from the how bad it is. You'd think it was just a minor slash from the footage alone from ESPN.

Because it shows an underlying problem with the media in their self-censorship. Imagine if there was a week if the US media did their work like other major news broadcasters like the BBC and showed damning footage around the world of the dead. I think opinion would change for the better. Sports is war, the major difference is that it's of livelihood instead of lives. You wish to claim it's irrelevant, but I am pointing a major pattern.

TSN still has to be run under the guidelines of ESPN, an American company. You have to see a non-American news group to see the full footage.

Well it only seems to prove to the stereotype that Americans are lazy and stupid.

Edit: Sports are games, not wars.
