I'd say Lex starts out in season 1 only about 25% evil, that's why he's buds with Clark. Then he gets about 10% more evil with each passing season, until now he's pretty much a lost cause, seeing as how he kinda shoved his dad through a window.

When I first saw this scene I was like "Whoooooooaaaaaahhhh!!!!! º.º " I was like 11 years old and it totally blown my mind... I was jumping all arround my living room full of extasis because I've seen Lex Luthor's dark future!!! haha It was great!
