In Summer 2001 Jürgen Hansen and Simone Stripp visited Faizabad, the last stronghold of the Northern Alliance against the Taliban. This report about a young Afghan woman, studying at the medical college in Faizabad, was aired on German Public Television ARD in July 2001.
