BackRougeau vs Hito Jacques Rougeau Jr. Bio: Jacques Rougeau Jr. was born on June 13, 1960 in St. Sulpice, Quebec to the very famous Rougeau family. Jacques Rougeau Sr. & his brother Johnny Rougeau were already famous wrestlers & promoters in Quebec. Rougeau Jr. began his career in 1977 working for Stu Hart's Stampede wrestling. He would come to the states in the early 80s and gain some fame in Alabama and Tennessee. In 1986, Jacques and older brother Raymond would join the WWF. The Rougeaus upset the Hart Foundation to win their first WWF tag team championship on August 10, 1987 but the titles were returned after using Jimmy Hart's megaphone as a weapon in the match. Two years later, they turned heel and battle all the top tag teams. Ray Rougeau would retire in 1990 and a year later Jacques would become the Mountie a corrupt, taser wielding member of the RCMP. He won the WWF Intercontinental Championship in an upset over Bret Hart and lost it 2 days later to Rowdy Roddy Piper. Jacques also held the WWF World Tag Team Championship on three occasions as part of the Quebecers.
