Jul 22 - On the run for 11 years, former wartime president of the Bosnian Serbs Radovan Karadzic faces two indictments by the war crimes tribunal.Karadzic faces charges for the deaths of unarmed civilians during the siege of Sarajevo and for his role in the massacre of 8,000 Muslims in the Bosnian town of Srebrenica in 1995.Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
