Yip-Yip Playing The Lyman High School Homecoming Dance
BackHere's a clip of us playing Lyman High School's Homecoming Dance, a truely horrifying experience, but awesome too. First, we get there, set up and soundcheck our stuff, all of our gear is fine, we go in to the school to change and the principal was in the room, so we meet him, change, awkwardly walk by him and hundreds of kids to our setup outside, Jason goes to play his Korg and it's dead. His Micromoog is also either not working, or hardly working, so we have to try to play the set with Jason on my synths, all improvised, to a crowd of people who looked like the may have been totally hating us. After we played our friend that we brought did a clown performance that was incredible (look for that in our other videos), and also keep in mind we not only were long out of high school at this point, but also, we never went to Lyman. This definetely tops the list of the weirdest Yip-Yip shows.
