BackOxytocin injection is a 'H' category drugs & it can be in a single baluster packing, where as it is openly available in banned 100 ampules pack. This drug is misused on milking animals for lactation, which is a cognizable offense under section 12 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960. Naresh Kadyan, founder Chairman - PFA HARYANA found its misused on the cows transported by rail from Kila Raipur to West Bengal, he has stopped the train & lodged FIR with the GRP, Faridabad on 10-12-2000 - accused convicted by the local court.
