Charlotte Moorman talks about how she met her long time artistic partner Nam June Paik. The details of the establishment and presentation of the 1964 premier performance of Stockhausen's "Originale" in New Yok is described in very funny detail. She tells about George Maciunas (Fluxus) picketing the performance. Filmed in 1980 under a grant from the National Endowment for the arts. It is an excerpt from the work Charlotte Morman and the New York Avant Garde. This piece by Fred Stern is dedicated to the Memory of Charlotte and Nam June.
